In those days revivalist traveled from town-to-town setting up their large open air gospel tents from which they would preach and pray for the multitudes quite often for hours.

Services would often start early in the morning and run late into twilight hours. .

The masses were drawn to these events because of one thing. Lives were being transformed by the uncompromising truth of Scripture and miracle-working power of the Holy Spirit.

The name JACK COE stands out among all the great ministers of that day because of the extra-ordinary healing anointing on his life, his reckless faith in God's miracle-working power, and who some call his almost confrontational preaching style.

JACK COE REVIVAL CRUSADES

Jack conducted open-air healing and miracle revivals underneath the largest gospel tent in the world. It seated more than 22,500 making it larger than the Ringley Brothers Circus tent and larger than the tent of evangelist Oral Roberts.

Standing room only crowds would often arrive hours before crusade start time in anticipation of an encounter with the presence and power of the risen Saviour.

MEDIA PUBLICATIONS

The ministry of Jack Coe Senior had an international impact. He was one of the first evangelist to host a regular television program, a daily radio broadcast and produce its' own magazine. In order to substantiate the healing claims, Jack Coe would have individuals return to their physician and bring back medical documentation of what God done in their body. These facts were published in his magazine 'The Herald of Healing' and featured on his daily radio broadcast. During it's peak the magazine circulation reached over 200,000 homes.

Of the thousands who were healed, one of the most notable is the miraculous healing of a noted Hollywood celebrity, Jackie Rhodes. Her case is medically documented and detailed in her book, 'The Jackie Rhodes Story'. She was healed of the incurable disease schleraderma.
